Review of Miracle Sealant - 511 Sealer and Enhancer 128oz Gallon
Easy to Apply:
Miracle penetrating sealer is easy to apply. Does a good job sealing and enhancing the colors on travertine marble. I'd give Miracle Sealant Color Enhancer at five stars, but I'll wait to see the long term durability. I was shocked that one gallon covered approx. 1,000 sg ft. I don't see a need to apply a second coat. It does take a couple of days to dry completely, remained a little tacky after 24 hours. The newly 511 impregnator sealed surface is Not slippery, very happy that I didn't have to use any gripper additive. Very easy to apply, just used a long paint roller brush. Expensive, but so worthy.
Sealer Performance:
I have 1,200 sq. Ft. of slate, beautiful slate. When I installed, I gave my wife a choice regarding the finish. I hosed four panels and said you could have Penetrating Sealer and Color Enhancer look or that look which was four plain dried panels. She wanted a wet finish. So I purchased my first 128oz gallon of 511 seal and enhance. And Penetrating Sealer and Color Enhancer stuff is liquid gold as far as the price is concerned.
- The first application looked good for a week.
- The second application looked good for several months.
- The third application looked good a year, maybe two. BUT, the floor never had a wet look my wife wanted.
- So, I bought 511 impregnator gallon, probably my third or fourth. And I the sealer works the 'enhance' disappears into the slate.
Each application is less like a sponge and more like I wanted. Finally sent my wife and her mother on a two-week vacation. My dogs and I refinished the floor yet once again. My wife arrived home, walked in, and immediately said, "Looks great!! Just what you promised!!
Expensive but Works Enhancing Color Sealer:
Bar none, and Miracle Penetrating Sealer and Color Enhancer is the best color enhance and sealer that I have used out on the market. It is costly, but you get what you pay for the stone. Apply generously and use 2-3 coats minimum. Work It into the material with a rag. It will not disappoint.
Slippery Fault application:
I sealed a slate porch with 511 Seal and Enhanced. It brought the colors back to life. The app is easy, and the results are amazing. 128oz. Miracle sealer does leave a shine. Water beads on the new finish but the sealant is not slippery.
A great one for Flagstone Pool Trim:
I used outdoor flagstone around my pool. Very happy with the results. I used a brush to apply and work It in. I think Penetrating Sealer and Color Enhancer will make It spread further too. It absorbed right away which left very little to wipe off with a cloth where It had pooled a lIttle. I'm posting some before and after to show the results. It darkened the surface- but only back to original color. No color stain in Penetrating Sealer and Color Enhancer stuff. The cover is not slippery at all - and I noticed the other day that the stones now bead water when wet. It took a quart and a half for my entire pool trim.
Recommendation Miracle sealants grout sealer:
For my usage experience, Miracle Sealant 128oz gallons cleaner works well requires multiple coats to achieve the best results. Suggestion: First clean all soap scum off rocks. Allow drying thoroughly. Apply one layer at a time and allow to dry thoroughly. Dry determined by touch. Not stickie, put another on. You are going to love Penetrating Sealer, and Color Enhancer and your bath will look better than ever. We coat every 2-3 years to keep the tile sealed and looking good. Penetrating Sealer and Color Enhancer product goes on smoothly - I generally roll on Miracle Sealant and then go back over 511 sealers with a wiper rag by hand to make sure of even coverage. A little time consuming, on hands and knees, but sealer floor looks great and holds up pretty well to water and sun blast. It does bring out the colors and variegation in the tiles.
Good Sides:
- Easy to apply and not only seals but adds a nice bit of color. I used the color enhancer on our Canterstone pool decking and patio.
- It brightened up the slate stone on my outside entryway and back patio. It gave Miracle Sealer a beautiful clean wet look.
Drawbacks:
I have a travertine stone patio, and I live by the ocean. Miracle 128oz color enhancer lasts maybe six months. Maybe. I've used Miracle Sealant 128oz for a few times. I’m giving It one more try. I’m using the 511 sealers for 1/2 the price in the future. It's just not worth but also color enhancement.

In final words to say, is Miracle Sealant - 511 Sealer and Enhancer 128oz Gallon is an excellent stone cleaner. I recently installed on travertine flooring and wanted to seal and get the wet shine look. 511 Seal and Enhance Penetrating Sealer gave me high satisfaction. For me, Miracle Sealant was worth the price. I used a paint roller first and then a clean white cloth for a wipe to smooth-en It out. It saved my flooring project.
